Scheduling and Cancellations

When you book a service, we will schedule an appointment window and confirm it with you. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible so we can accommodate you and other customers. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, safety, or circumstances beyond our control, and will notify you if that occurs.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods indicated at the time of service. You are responsible for all charges associated with the services you request.

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and safe, lawful access to the items and location for service. You confirm that you have the right to dispose of the items you ask us to remove. We reserve the right to decline hazardous materials or items we cannot legally transport or dispose of.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Junk Genies is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
